- Lingo Jungle -

This application lets users find native speakers of their desired languages, so the users can practice languages with best partners. I originally came up with the idea and worked with a partner. Spend many hours coding in pairs, and pair programming led us to solve challenging parts quicker. This app is built with MEN stack and handlebar templating.

- Mapp -

Mapp lets users create custom itineraries by simply typing names of places. So, users can share their favorite plans for Sunday afternoon or latest recommended art shows in town and best routes to go visit them. I worked on populating data from Google map API and some parts of routing to display data on the page. The app is built with Ruby on Rails.

- WebCamLog -

This application lets users access a webcam on their device and record their diary, notes, reminders, etc. Videos logged by users can be stored privately or publicly, so users can share videos with friends. This app is built with MEAN stack and an individual project.

I live in the beautiful and exciting city of San Francisco where I learned web development. I’m originally from Tokyo, Japan and passionate about technologies, people and diverse communities. I enjoy learning new technologies that enhance visual experience in web and digital media and would love to work on projects that have positive impacts on both local and world wide communities. When I’m not coding, I enjoy surfing, scuba diving and taking photographs. I also love traveling and meeting new people, cultures and sceneries, which I enjoy photographing. I’m currently accepting jobs and projects to work on and look forward to working with new talents.
